Welcome to Robinson Disability Law. Jack Robinson is a dedicated disability rights attorney with more than 25 years of experience fighting for the rights and respect of individuals with disabilities. Jack was lead counsel in the landmark U.S. Supreme Court case of Endrew F. v. Douglas County School District, that shaped the landscape of special education law.
Jack has argued more than a dozen special education cases before the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals, has litigated numerous disability related cases in the U.S. District Court and has pursued dozens of due process hearings before the Office of Administrative Courts.
Jack has developed a national reputation as a strong legal advocate for the rights of children with disabilities and their parents. He is a frequent lecturer throughout the country on the application and construction of the Individuals With Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act.
